Response expectations

Response priority is set when you submit a request. Higher priority requests are reviewed first.

MediumStandard issue with no immediate business impact
HighSignificant impact requiring prompt attention
UrgentCritical issue — service is down or severely degraded

For fastest response on critical issues, set priority to Urgent and include error logs or screenshots in your request.
