Track and manage all your support requests in one place. View status and reply to requests directly from the portal.

Go to portal.ibee.co.in/a/{account_id}/support/request/all or click My Requests on the Support Center page.

Requests can be filtered by Status, Priority, and Time Range.

InprogressRequest received and being worked on
ResolvedIssue resolved
