Create a Project | ibee | Documentation

A project is a workspace to isolate resources, billing, and team members. You can create multiple projects under a single login.

Before you begin

A signed-in IBEE Cloud account (Sign up if you haven’t already)
Your billing address (street, city, state, postal code, and country are required)

Full access to all cloud services requires completed KYC verification. After creating a project, complete account verification to remove access restrictions.

1. Go to Projects

Open the project switcher dropdown in the top navigation bar and click Create New Account.

Alternatively, go to portal.ibee.ai/projects and click + Create Account.

2. Fill in project details

On the new project page (portal.ibee.ai/new-project), fill in the Account Details section:

Account Type	Yes	Business (default) or Individual
Currency	No	Auto-selected based on country; defaults to INR - Indian Rupee

3. Fill in business address

Fill in the Business Address section:

4. Tax information

In the Tax Information section, check I want tax invoice if you require GST or VAT invoices for this project.

This field is optional.

5. Create the project

Click Create to create the new project. Click Cancel to discard.

Verify

After creation, you are taken to the new project’s dashboard. You should see:

Storage Used	GB
Active Servers	count
Team Members	count

Quick actions available from the dashboard: Cloud Storage, Account Settings, Billing, API Tokens.

If you see a banner on the Projects page, take the appropriate action:

Banner	Message	Action
Limited Access	Complete KYC verification to unlock all features and unlimited access.	Click Complete KYC
Verification Required	Complete verification to unlock full access to all cloud services.	Click Verify Now

Troubleshooting

Create button is disabled Ensure all required fields are filled — Account Name, Account Type, Street Address, City, State, Postal Code, and Country are all required.

Currency shows wrong default Currency is auto-selected based on your country. Change the Country field first, then re-check the Currency field.
