Setting up your account

To get started with IBEE Cloud, register with your email address, verify it, set a password, and complete your billing profile. The entire process takes place on the IBEE Client Portal.

Before you begin

  • A valid email address you can access within 24 hours
  • Your billing address (street, city, postal code, and country are required)

Create your account

1. Register your email

  1. Go to portal.ibee.ai/register.
  2. Enter your Email Address.
  3. Check the Privacy Policy / Terms of Use checkbox (required).
  4. Optionally check Marketing newsletters to receive product updates.
  5. Click Signup.

2. Check your inbox

The portal redirects you to a confirmation screen at portal.ibee.ai/verification-sent showing the address you registered with.

Check your inbox for an email from noreply@ibee.ai with the subject Verify your email address.

The verification link expires in 24 hours. If it expires, return to portal.ibee.ai/register and register again.

3. Verify your email

In the email, click Verify Email. You are redirected to portal.ibee.ai/verify-email?token=....

4. Set your password

On the password setup page:

  1. Enter a Password — minimum 12 characters.
  2. Re-enter the same value in Confirm Password.
  3. Click Set Password.

5. Log in

You are redirected to the login page at portal.ibee.ai.

  1. Enter your Email Address and Password.
  2. Complete the Cloudflare CAPTCHA challenge.
  3. Click Login.

6. Complete account setup

On the account setup page at portal.ibee.ai/setup, fill in your account details:

Click Create Account when done.

After clicking Create Account, you are taken to the Accounts page. Select your account to enter the dashboard.

You must fully verify your account to deploy servers and access all platform features. See the Account Verification section for more details.

Troubleshooting

Verification email not received Check your spam folder. The sender is noreply@ibee.ai. If the email is not there after a few minutes, return to portal.ibee.ai/register and sign up again with the same address.

Verification link expired Links expire after 24 hours. Register again to receive a new verification email.

Password rejected Your password must be at least 12 characters long.

CAPTCHA not loading on login Disable browser extensions that block Cloudflare scripts and reload the page.
